The Birthing Process

Going through the birthing process is the roughest ride you'll ever take in your whole life. A vaginal delivery and C-section have many different factors that can lead to the baby's neck and spine being twisted or compressed, leading to other health issues down the road.

Ideally, babies should be checked and adjusted as soon as possible after birth to avoid undue stress during birth. After that, we advise parents to have their babies and children checked and adjusted once a month, which helps keep their immune systems strong and helps fight off colds, cases of flu, and viruses. 

Athletics 

Kids are playing many sports these days, which can lead to impacts and traumas on their neck and spine. Having a chiropractor check and adjust their spine will help them from developing any problems that will go off into adulthood.

Getting your athlete adjusted can also improve reaction times, shorten healing and recovery time after injuries, faster recovery from concussions, decrease joint stiffness and pain, and reduce the need for medications.

Phones and Computers

When using phones and computers, kids and adults are looking down frequently, putting a lot of pressure on their necks and upper backs. Adjusting the cervical spine and practicing cervical traction will bring back the natural curve in your neck and reduce pain and symptoms.

Subluxation Patterns

It is common for family members to have similar spinal patterns due to genetics and daily activities. Having your children checked for subluxations early on can help manage subluxation patterns, minimize symptoms, and prevent early spinal decay.
